We have purchased a lg split ac (model LSASNF2VFC1) ON 19/4, and it has stopped working from September 25 onwards.
then we have lodged a complaint through lg customer care number (request id S9CA0307969), then a service engineer has come and checked the ac, and told us to replace the stabilizer from the showroom, which we had done, but the service engineer has not turned up again to check the condition of the ac.(AC is still not working with this new and checked stabilizer)
again we have lodged another complaint through the customer care telephone number (request id S9CB2005883 DATED 20.11.2009), and as of now there is no response from any of the service engineer or the customer care center.
Being a reputed company in consumer electronics, we expect a lot of more customer oriented service from LG ELECTRONICS INDIA LTD, which is infact not happening
We expect a good response from you to solve our problem to get a satisfaction from your product performance and your service
