Defected Fridge sold
I have purchased a 2 door fridge (GR-B652YLS-Platinum) from e zone at V3S Mall Laxmi Nager District Centre, Vikas Marg, New Delhi on Oct 11 vide Adavnce receipt No 2019003192 .The product delivered on Oct 16 (after repeated follow up with the store), seems to be not properly packed, when we openend the product infornt of delivery guys we found scratches on the front & right panel and dent on the left panel.
I have since then followed up with the store umpteen times to get the product replaced. It seems they are not bothered to take any action even the senior guys are not answering their mobiles..
Request you to look into the matter & resolve ASAP
