Recently I purchased one LG Split AC. As the Upward/Downward and Sideways Swing unit is not functioning, I have file a complaint on 4.5. with their helpline and I was given Complaint No. S9C50404128 dated 4.5.2009. On 13.5. I have sent emails to their Service Head and Regional Head in Andhra Pradesh, requesting their intervention. Nobody from LG attended to my complaint so far. Will this wake up somebody at LG even now?
