For the last 2 months, my LCD TV (just one year old) & covered under annual maintenance contract with LG, has been functioning very erratically. Repeated complaints have been lodged with LG's customer care. Technicians have come, and changed some parts, after which the TV works for few days & again starts malfunctioning.
Presently, the TV is not working for the last 3 days, & we are told that LG's arrangement with the local service centre covering Malad (Mumbai) has been terminated. Our complaint is unattended, and people are merely promising that somebody will definitely come & attend.
LG All-India Service dept is requested to ensure to look into this on priority. It is indeed frustrating that a highly visible company like LG treats its customers so shoddily.
