Problem in handset

Respected Sir,

I have purchase a mobile, 2600-c, on 30/07/08, invice no. 22973 of Nokia Priority Delear & Care, Surat. Its IEMEI No. 354852029758345. But after 2 days there is problem. When on / key press than after phone switch off than not start. I have send it to your company. After repaired, I take it on 02/09/08. But the same problem creat with in 20 days. I give your center on 23/09/08. The job sheet no. 023434038/080923/57. I request you to give me replace new handshet. It is not good for your company that the moble cannot use after 2 month purchase.

There is so much time waste in your service center, because there is long waiting list. so please open other centers in surat.
