Dear Sir, I bought this AC on 13th april from the first day it was not working properly. In first complain the company eng told that this is the common problem in this product then I said that why you are selling thi product. After that I booked 5 complains and no of calls to the Jaipur branch off but nobody is looking the issue. I have send four mails. They told me that they will replace the unit but nobody is responding. They totally disturb my life, all 24 hrs i am thinking when they take some action and if they do not take to whom i need to call or what should i write in mail. I am following up with them from last approx two months.
pls help me they are now (In Jaipur branch off) taking it personnaly and not giving me proper support.
Now I want my money back.
