I have purchesed the above mentioned product on 08 oct 08. But I could not use the product from the very begining. I have also lodged a complain with your customer care on dated 18 oct 08, and my complain no is N8CA1800581.Your representative visited my house, checked the oven and told a motor is not working properly which need to be replaced & he will replace it by 21oct 08, but he never turned up. After telling repeated times to your customer care the answer is always " motor is not available". The main problem is I am not able to use the oven. Please do the needfull.
