I am using LG Kg 195 mobile since last year (Jan) I was getting internet/gprs using airtel connection but now from last 3 month i am not getting the same. when i approached to airtel customer care the send me fresh setting but of no use. airtel customer care advised to contact LG service centre for any problem in my phone, they also said to use gprs with some other phone. I was able to connect gprs using NOKIA sets. when i told to service center they replaced my mobiles mother board .but it was also of no use . they also told that many other lg customers are also getting same problem while connecting to gprs having airtel connection, they can not do any thing other than changing the mother board and now they refused to provide any more service saying that it must be problem with airtel.
When i have personally used gprs in NOKIA set why LG is denying that it is not there fault. I hope concerned LG authority will look into this matter.
