Sevice center donot take respons

I went to service center with LG KP195 heandset there was a problem in charging connecter.

but service center told me you will have to pay Rs700 for solving this problem. sitll this cell phone is in warrenty. cell phone prchase from SAUDI AREBAB. I have a invoice and warrenty card. what I will do.
