I askd for gprs setting from bsnl cutomer care they are sending from there but mobile fone is unable to receive. then i asked 4 the manual setting they provided me but when i used and saved it then switching off my mobile fone; there i m not getting any setting which i saved pls help me out. same prob vth airtel in customer care centre when i called they are replying as lg kp199 handset is not having gprs facility as per the data they r receiving.
