Service problem from LG

This is mahendra. I had purchage LG LCD M227WA from Challanger Computer.

This LCD monitor have DTH service free for 6 month. I had fullfill claim voucher.

All Documentation i have attach with this voucher. whenas company promise that I will provide DTH service in 45 days but 3 months has to go but still i didnot

receive this service & no reply. Plz Solve my problem. I am sorry for this inconvenience to solve this matter.
