I have purchased a LG LCD TV (26LG30R) on 11/11. I am having no-picture in that said TV from 23/07 and formally lodged complaints on that day. The request ID is N9C72300883. Since then 3 times the service engineer has come to my place and returned with out repairing. I called up several time to the local service station and customer care but they are keep telling that parts are not available. And also every week they tell that it will be get done in this week. But it is being one and half month since then and I my TV is in the same state with no service.
So request you to have a look in this matter and do the needful asap.
