LG lcd tv Complaints - Spectramind, Noida Non delivery of Set Top Box

I have purchased LG LCD TV Monitor from 'Kochar Informatics', Wazirpur Commercial Complex, New Delhi, on 25th July and was assured that TATA Sky will be fixed within 15 days. Also I have completed all the formalities with DD of Rs.100/- and couriered all the necessary details to Spectramind Pvt Ltd., Noida.

We have called many times at no.0120-4000505 but no-one attended the call. Please take necessary actions as soon as possible.
