Sir,
when I am using reliance internet through LXU usb modem, my laptop at any time crashes and a blue screen appears. On the screen it is written that a recent installed driver has stopped working and press F8 to open window in safe mode, after that debugging start.
I also found that if I want to install this modem and driver in safe moden then the laptop detects modem but doesn't install its driver.
kindly help me out of this problem.
