I bought one LG microwave one and half year ago. its supposed to work smoothly but it cant switch on or all the functions are not working. i complained to customer care once and they showed up. they took Rs.275/- and said its a moisture problem. but its still not working. its been only one day when they showed up. i complained again but no one showed up. kindly help me with servicing or replacement of product if this piece has a defect.
