Myself Sri Sharad Chandra, resident of C-50, sec-N, Aliganj, Lucknow, has purchased a LG microwave oven from e-zone, shop no. F, 2nd floor, Fun Republic, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, on 24th June vide cashmemo number T 12/ 1930 with following details- Modle LG-396W-MW for Rs 5390/-. The same set was defective and was out of order for 7-8 times since last two months. Every time factory engineer visited his residence and repaired the set but every time set was out of order within 2-3 days. Now I very kindly request you to get this defective set replaced.
