Complaint regarding Non functionality of LG Microwave (In warranty Period) placed on 6th June Complaint request ID No-RNA110606021923
Since the past 30 days, every alternate day I kept calling the customer care, the regional office and the tecnician for service, but in vain.
Customer care dept gave me the contact number of the Area incharge, whom I could not get connected till date as he/she does not care to attend the phone (Mobile phone).
A microwave oven is a daily usage product which has become the part of every common man's life now a days. I was not able to use the same at my house due to the sheer negligence from few of the people at the house of LG. I have lost 1 month warranty also due to the same.
Requesting you to look into the matter on urgent priority and sort out the matter at the earliest.
