This is to inform all of you that LG.customer service is pathetic!
I have launched a complain for LG-Microwave oven (which is still is guaranty period) some two months ago..The concerned person Awdhesh came in to our place after lots of delays and he gave a commitment to be back in tow days... these two days turned into weeks and weeks into months.. When I called him up..his approach was very casual and he said that he was not getting a part from head office Lucknow and gave a a mobile number which is 9839504949 and which belongs to Mahesh. I spoke with Raj Kumar regarding the same and he told me that the part would be dispatched in 24 hours... but it's been 10 days i did not get any news and even today when I am trying to contact him... this person is not receiving my phone calls.
I think this type of irresponsibility needs a serious attention because I have lost trust in the LG services and with this kind of lethargic attitude LG is going to suffer as it would lose it's customers and eventually market off course.
I am really disappointed and feel so helpless at this moment as I have to stop focusing all my important tasks and have to focus on these issues. I really don't have time to crave into this matter but I am not left with any option.
Hope with this complain my issue would be taken care of,
