We had immdiately tried to report back to your dealer at 'TV MALL' of 7330, Prem Nagar, 11 nd Floor, Delhi -110007but surprisingly there is probable no responsible person to even hear the problems of your customer. At the available address we are just given another member to contact and the same chain is repeated. Surprisingly your office is also not responding and taking any note of my problems. Even after sufering for more than one month or so. We are not able to locate and identity a person, responsible officer who can hear my grievance. at last we are mentioning herewith the Report.
