I ordered one SPY PEN CAMERA 16 GB, BASED ON your sms (16 GB SPY PEN @ 1499 3.2MP CAMERA AUDIO & VIDEO RECORDING... CALL 09867658181 TO ORDER NOW-KPM) which was send by you on 14th August at 13.51 hrs, to my cell NO 94440 37444. I made order for 16 GB spy pen camera on 23rd August through my cell (conversation recorded), which you also conformed the order and promissed to deliver the good on wednesday the 25th August on COD basis.

On 25th August I got a call from Aramex Couriror people stating that I got a COD parcel (No.6141612411) and they will deliver the article by 3.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. on that day. I replied them that I am a PRESS REPORTER and I cannot wait for a long time in one place since the nature of job is like that. Hence if you could tell me the exact time I can wait. They said they will come by 4.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. (conversation recorded) and came by 4.25 p.m. and deliver the good against the payment of Rs.1, 600/-.

On the cover It was written PEN CAM 32 GB.

Now I open the box and I found a spy pen camera and charger and USB cable.

But for my surprise I found that the capacity of the pen camera is neither 16 GB nor 32GB. It is only 68MB. And more over after a few times recording the recording button is not functioning. Asper the instructions given I used the recording button very smoothly, still then it is not working. Now I cannot use this device as a camera or as a storage drive. Since I am a press reporter my purpose is not at all solved. Hence I request you to replace the device with proper 16 GB or return the money.
