Sir, I have renewed my driving licence for 2 wheeler on 17.8.09 (Monday), and I have paid an amount of Rs.525-00 for the same vide receipt No.1713535/09, dt.17.8.09 (DLR No.19388), Application No. AP010/73548/L (Receipt No. B1/1711643). I contacted over phone No.1074 but there is no response on this number. I request you to kindly send the licence to my permanent address as mentioned in my renewal application, as I am not staying in the temprary address. I request the concerned authorities to kindly do the needful at an early date.
