Two wheeler booked 4 month back but not yet received

I Azam Ahmed Shaikh resi in bandra west i had booked one Honda Active (two wheeler from a dealer in Kandivali east (unique motors) on 08/12 he had commited me he will give me delivery of vehical on 4 january i received bank loan approval letter and bank started my EMI deduction from last four month but still i had not received my Honda Active, i had contacted bank (ICICI) for termination of my loan but they are saying we had passed the money to the dealer you cant cancelled the loan. please give me idea where should i complaint this matter
