Handset keypads not working

I had purchased a new Handset in May from a mobile dealer in Lucknow and the keypads of the Handset has stopped working. I have given the phone for repair to their service center in Lucknow for the last one week but they say that the company is not having spares of this model. I have also asked for the replacement of the handset with a new one but no one is listeining. Kindly advice
