Loss of pan card

Sir,

I Rakesh kumar my pan card No is ABKPY 9564G. I was going on leave on 18 Sep 2009 and when I reach my nearest railway station Amethi and come down from train and I was full bag & baggage so I was reqd for pvt veh I went to call pvt driver at that some body my bag and suitcase taken away from that place after taht I went to neareast police station and get complained there. So I heardiest request to you pl issue a duplicate copy of the same pan cord no otherwise give a good advice so that it could be made easily.
