I had purchased L G Refrigerator model 7 sr. no. 7091PEF 00396 for Rs. 25200 on 12.12.2007 . In the month of March I noticed cracks on the interior body of my refrigerator. Further more the vegetable box also developed cracks. I lodged a complaint regarding this at L G service center on 02.04.2009. An employee of L G service center collected the xerox of invoice and took a photograph of the defective portion of the refrigerator. Since then I have called the service center 13 times. The dates are as follows: 02.04. 13.04. 22.04. 23.04. 25.04. 05.05. 14.05. 15.05. 25.05. 01.06. 04.06. 05.06. 16.06.2009 . After 2 and a half months the service center admitted that they have lost the relevant papers. On top of that they had the cheek to tell me that I should not expect a good quality product though I have paid Rs. 25200 for it. And probably my 16 year old Godrej refrigerator is much better than this new L G fridge. My complaint no. is W9C40304216.
If action is not taken to replace my refridgerator legal action will be taken against you. You shall be liable to pay for the legal cost and mental harrassement. Kindly take note.
