REPAIR OF REFRIGERATOR

I had lodged my complaint for repair of my LG Refrigerator on 19th September. An engineer from the LG came on 20th September and examined and told that GAS needs to be filled in the Refrigerator. He took RS 225/ just for visiting my premises and promised that his staff will come with the gas and fill the same within 24 hours. The many 24 hours have passed but no one has come till date. they have my mobile number but no one has contacted me till date. I re-registered my complaint with them at their customer service centre and they again promised that it would be taken up within 24 hours and again I am just waiting and trying to call their SIDHIVINAYAK ELECTRONICS, the service centre which has taken up my case, but no one is responding on one pretext or the other.

Dear reader, you should not buy LG product, it is a pathetic service support provider.
