I have purchased one Split AC 1.5 ton and was delivered to my house on 6th May 09. Inspite of making daily calls to customer service, no action has been taken to install it till now. Always I am getting assurance from customer care centre that some body will call us. I wanted to contactthe local office at West Tambaram service centre in charge Mr Sathish Babu on mobile No 9840728720 and on land line 044 22263454, but always getting engaged.
I have opted LG for getting better service and response, both are missing. Please guide me who is the right person for putting up the grieviences.
When can I get my AC installed? What is the normal time taken by the company for installation?
