Dear Sir;
I am shocked to bring your Knowledge that I have purchased the aforesaid set on 30th Oct. 2007 from your dealer at Kanpur (U.P.). I am sorry to say that from begning the set create a problem that when I inserting the memory card the set, the set is hanging up and off automatically. First I contaced with local Nokia care and lodged our complaint. I deposited the set in Nokia care for repairing the set two times, but after passing some days set create the same problem again. Latest I get back the set from Nokia Care on 10th may 08 but set is again creating the same problem from 14th June.
I purchase the phone at a very dear price, I exept full valuer our money and ask you to replce the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problem do not creapup in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undauted.
