LG Split AC 1 tone capicity
Not cooling

I purchased split ac from Mahajan electronics Raja Garden delhi on 4/05/08.When we start the AC in this summer, we found that AC is not cooling. So we contact custumer care and lodge complaint on 15-04-09, complaint no is--N9341514268 by teliphone no 28314627.One engineer attend the coplaint and tell us that gas is short in compressor we came tomorrow to rectify the problem. But nobody attend this complaint again after coplaining many times. We purchase this AC due to good custumer service provided by LG, But now we are thiking that we had made a mistake by purchasing the LG AC.
