Faulty TV is not replaced

I bought 21" inches LG TV in Nov.

It was having big Red Dotted part on Left Top corner.

I requested Company's customer care service for looking into it.

I registered complaint for 4 times. (Complaint Numbers: W8CB1701955, W8CB1706766, W8CB1901808, W8CB2000794, W8CB2202189) and their technician came on all request but without calling me in advance. Most irritating part of LG service.

But when LG representative came at last visit, he told me that he needs to replace my TV as its having some major problem.

I contacted my dealer for the same.

Dealer: Snehanjali Electronic Store, Malad (W), Mumbai, India. (Ph.: 02228891456)

Dealer told me that my TV will be replaced with in a week and after 2 weeks also my TV was not replaced.

I cant even watch my TV after wasting 10, 000/- on such LG product.

Now my dealer is saying that LG incharge is not picking up his phone.

LG is having worst sales after service in india.

Please help me in getting TV replaced.
