Irresponsible behaviour of service centre executive and ghaziabad zone head (Manorama Tomar)

Sir,

This is regarding highly irresponsible behaviour shown by your service centre executives as well as the zonal head (Ghaziabad)- Ms. Manorama Tomar. Sir, we bought a LG Vacuum Clear on 27 Oct from Anjalika Info Sys &Tech (P) ltd., EDM. At that time we were assured that one of the service centre engineer will turn up within 24 hr. for the home demonstration of the product. But despite making 5-6 calls everyday no one has turned up. everyone is simply giving false assurance that the engineer is on the way. I also had a word with the supervisors-Mr. Ajay Tyagi and Mr. Yatinder/Jitender. After repeated requests then i was given the mobile numbers of Zonal Head (Manorama Tomar) who didn't respond to my calls. (more than 20 times made a call but she didn't pick). Sir, in the company's caption you say "one call does it all' which i believed is simply an illusion. It soothens our eyes but actually doesn't work. So my suggestion is that you either change it or mend your ways. The kind of ignorance shown on your part was not at all expected.what can we expect from the exectutives and engineers if the zonal head of such a big organization behaves irrresponsibly. Though i m sending this complaint but again expect the least that anything will be done.
