AMC/Warrant said cannot cove

I purchased LG in Jan and had a problem in November. The Reliance people came and said it is a rat bite so I have to pay for this. I payed and at that time the Engineer told us to go for a comprehensive AMC which covers Rat bite also. Then I gave a cheque and this happenned. Today again it had problem when called he says it will not cover since it is a rat bite! When questioned some body in Reliance Digital Bangalore office said why you paid him? We have written clauses it will not be covered. No chance now go for payed service or buy a new one - is the suggestion given.
