340 Ltrs Professional Fridge
Unsatisfactory support

We had bought the fridge on 6th July and till date the racks of the fridge is not proper.

1) One support person says it the dye problem and shape changes for every unit.

2) Changed units are broken and you have to accept as it is because we can't do anything.

3) Sr person visits and concludes that this is a small problem and you can live with.

4) I am sure all the people who have bought the fridge will agree that we had paid the money for all the parts and components to be intact in the new fridge and not broken.

So request you to get the unit replaced or my mony reimbursed.
