I have a 'HAPPY' (??) LIVING PLAN (AMC) with LG service center called 'EBR Enterprises' in Chennai signed on 2/2.
I registered a complaint for my airconditioner (window type) on 02/05. The AC is not working. I got the complaint registered with Complaint No: S8C50201922. Till date, nobody from LG turned up to fix the AC, never any of LG service personnel bothered to call me.
I have made many calls repeatedly to LG customer care no. Some of its customer care representatives promised that the problem will be attended by their technician within 24 hours, some of them promised that it will be done 'as soon as possible'.
The landline of EBR enterprises provided by LG representatives doesnot work either.
No service has been provided despite the AMC.
