I would like to inform you the service I got your Company and is very disappointing and humiliating.
I made a premium payment of Rs. 12500 on 27th of sept to the Thar aanchlik gramin bank branch talariya para jaisalmer. But after that also i was frequently got calls from ur costomer service that the amount is due and it was very disappointing that there was no receipt of payment was send to my address even until today. Today again i got a phone call that there is total of 25000 due.and when i inquired regarding this from the RM Manish shrama at Jodhpur GO he told that Ur payment of 27 th sept had been deposited on 8 th dec and one more payment is made on 16th dec.
Whether its my fault that after paying the amount the same amount is logging on 8th dec aftet a gape of 3 months. who is responsible for the losses i will be facing during this period.
my sincere request is that the amount paid on 27th sep should be logged on the same day or week
I will appreciate your promptness in correcting this problem at the earliest to avoid further legal activities.
