I have purchased a pair of shoe (9906-90 Black) for Rs.750- on 11th Oct..

Because of manufacturing defect I take this for exchange on 27th Oct.

The shopkeeper said the exchange of shoe 10% of shoe cost (Rs. 75-) &

delivered on 12th Nov.

I think this should be exchanged free of cost.
