LIC's Money Plus Policy No.923712507
Non-Receipt of Acknowledgement of premium paid for July 09

I, Mrs Deepa Stephen Fernandes Policy holder of Money Plus, Policy No. 923712507 of yearly premium of rs. 10, 000/- wish to know why I have not received any Premium Paid certificate for the month July o9 for which I have paid the premium.

Also, I request you to kindly mail me my NAV status for my policy and the final matured amount as my policy is of 30 yrs.

Please do the needful as we have great hopes from this Scheme of LIC.
