NON ACCEPTANCE OF RENEWALS

This is very annoying when Agents Standing in Queue for hours with several cheques (clients premium renewal cheques)

are told to make only one payment at a time.

This is the condition of LIC Branch- 938...

The Administration Staff has been requested many times to have a seperate counter for the payment of CHEQUES brought by AGENTS, but seems to fall on deaf EARS.

So wonder an AGENT coming from MALAD to Dadar has to come at 10:45am and wait for 2-3 hours to finish his Work

and if not has to come some other day to make payments...

Can Anyone take the responsibilty of this issue may be 'no' and hence it just to remind that I would definately spread the negative part of the L.I.C of India...
