Policy not activated on net

I had opened three policies in lic india on 15/11 at Hardoi UP. i had opened the policies near the agent vishwa deepak dixit of hardoi.they are in the name of my wife and my two children.till now the policies are not appearing on net and i am unable to pay my premium which expired on may.now i am staying in gurgaon.
