3g usb modem, broad band connection
No activation since last 15 days

I HAVE PURCHASED MODEM NO 9503232350 FROM AIRTEL AKURDI PUNE, PCMC AREA, 16TH OF OCT.2009.I WAS GIVEN ASSURANCE BY THE SALES WOOMAN AT AIR TEL CENTRE THAT IT WILL BE ACTIVATED FROM WED.I.E.21-10-09.THE SERVISES COULD NOT START FROM 21 ST TILL TODAY.Iappoached Akurdi, pcmc pune centre for enquiry as why the servises are not started and is there any thing pending. I was told that the same willbe activated within 24 hours.

surprisingly it was also not implemented. Instead the REPRESANTATIVE came for physical verification and I WAS ASSURED THAT THE SERVICES SHALL BE STARTED FROM THE NEXT

DAY.

I AM STILL AWAITIING FOR ACTIVATION.TOLL" FREE 121"CUSTMER CARE REFUSES TO ANSWER SAYING THAT IT IS SEPATATE, SERVICE AND GAVE ME NO 020-44444 12.THIS NO IS NOT AVAILABLE SO FAR.

THIS IS NOT ACCPTABLE AND, THERFORE WE REQUEST MR. MITTAL TO LOOK IN THE MATTER AND MAKE THE SERVICES.
