Problem during online payment

Today i.e.9/12/08, I have paid the premium of rs 824.00 online through www.licindia.com for my policy no 250776816, but after making payment when I checked policy status, it was not showing the payment of premium, premium reciept was also not generated, while my online icici bank account was showing the deduction of Rs 824.00 i.e. has been debited by Rs 824.00.
