Myself is Chandra Shekar Seerapu. I have paid LIC premium for a sum of Rs 5294/- of my Policy No 693398654 through LIC online portal on 29 Septembers2008. Till date premium receipt has not yet been generated. Whereas, the amount has been deducted from my ICICI bank account. I am very much worried about this lapse on the part of LIC. Kindly do the needful and let me know progress of the case as early as possible
