Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I have received the monthly pension amounts only till March. This is reflected in my SB a/c No.140601010001107 at the Vijaya Bank, BTM Layout Branch, Bangalore; this account has been designated for the purpose.

Please clarify as to the reasons for discontinuance of the monthly pensions. Please also arrange to continue payment of the monthly pension, with interest for non-payment, and continue the further payments.
