Cheque not received

Sir,

I have taken two money back policies from LIC the policy no. are as follows.

Name Policy no. cheque no Cheque Date Amount

Gajanan Pandurang Sawant 946407430 469439 16-nov-06 15000/-

Amit Pandurang Sawant 946407409 469441 16-nov-06 15000/-

As per Lic's records they have send this Bonus cheque to us but till date we have not received this both cheques.

we have contacted to LIC office regurly for this matter but no proper responce from LIC officer and agent. This 15000/- amount is very much to us, kindly look into this matter. and guide me
