Non receipt of Policy Bond

Dear Sir

I have paid first premium on 15.11.2007 (Policy No.104223781 Plan no.159, kOmal Jeevan) for the policy of my child but regret to say that inspite of continous follow up, till date i have not received the policy bond. After that i have paid second premium on 15.11.2008 but still I have not received the original policy bond.

pls do the needful.
