42 PFL 740 LCD TV of PHILIPS & Home theatre
Higher rates and no installation service given even after 4 days though full payment made at the time of purchase

I have purchase one LCD TV and Home Theatre Bar of PHILIPS make from Reliance Digital show room at Ambeince Mall Gurgaon on 18th Otuber 2009. The LCD TV shown to us which was on display is different to what has been given. The model given is 42 PFL 7403/98, in the bill also they have mentioned wrong model no ie 42 PFL 740 only. The cost of TV charged is Rs 65990/- where as the actual cost of this TV is around 60, 000/-.as quoted by other dealers of gurgaon and also confirmed from the area manager of philips. These items were purchase on 18th, octuber. No body from reliance has come for commisioning. No response, no body in reliance is picking up telephone. Kindly register my complaint
