Non Payment of Maturity Proceeds of The Policy

Policy No.120343804- DOC: 28/03/1994. SA: Rs.75000/- Prem: 3084.00 HLY.Agent:47961111.

The above mentioned policy fell due for the payment on 28.03.2009. I have despatched discharged Original Policy Bond by Regd. A.D for which i have recieved the acknowledgement. The Policy was issued by the Br. UNIT.No.312, New Friends Colony, New Delhi. I had requested the branch to remitt the maturity proceeds to the present address. I have made several requests to the local branch at Shimoga (Karnataka) but, in vein.
