Non-receipt of LIC Policy sent by doc. no. EI 128109765IN dated 12/03 from LIC, Sudama Nagar, Indore to 13-C, Sangam Nagar. Please inform the status and in case delvered by mistake to somebody else, then please inform the name of the person where it is delivered.
