Non updation of premiums & over paid of two premiums with wrong late fees.be refunded

1. Against Policy No. 691985111 for Tr. No. 26798 (Branch- 90A) dt. 10.09 for Rs. 3182 plus late fee Rs.53.20 for prem of 05 & 08 over paid against Tr. No. 14890 dt. 18/06 (Branch-899) for prem. 05, again

2. Tr. No. 86890 dt. 06/11 (Branch-596) for Rs. 1622.80 including late fee of Rs. 31.80 are all illegally eccepted with your system as prem for 08, instead of supposed to be prem. for 02 all be quickly updated and excess fees including late fees be refunded by chque on icici bank A/c No. 631601028860 at the earliest.

3. All concerns branches (Balasore, Mumbai) where prem. paid, have been approached and there is no positive response from them.
