Online premium payment not refleted yet

Hi,

I have paid my this qtr LIC premium 889 policy number 363526634 on Apr 9 th 2008 through online, but i didn't get any online receipt, and even due date aslo not changed, but amount as been deducted from my CITI bank account.

Please let me know what i can do?.
